Our Tie-Back Overhead Abaya provides superior coverage while still being practical and easy to wear. The abaya is designed with a thick headband and straps that are tied at the back of the neck to keep it in place. It also has a zipper and tassle ties at the bottom of the face opening for adjusting the fit around the face.
The abaya has a completely closed front and loose tassled sleeves from the wrist to the elbow. It is simply accented with black satin trim around the sleeves, face opening, and bottom of the garment. The overhead abaya is made of lightweight Kuwaiti crepe which is soft, breathable, and non-transparent making it fall beautifully while being suitable for all seasons.
Our Silk Elegance Bisht Abaya is made of quality Japanese silk giving it a luxurious look and allowing the abaya to flow and fall beautifully. It is simply designed with a 9" zipper opening at the neck to accomodate nursing mothers.
The bisht abaya style is designed with a cut that is similar to our butterfly abayas but does not have a defined shape of the sleeves, bust and hips which allows the width to fit all body types. The open width makes the bisht style modest, comfortable, and classy.
Our Silver Sands Bisht Abaya has a closed front with a 9" zipper opening at the neck for extra headroom and to accomodate nursing mothers. It is made of super-soft, lightweight, and breathable Kuwaiti crepe and features rich silver embroidery on the chest, cuffs, and down the front of the garment.
The abaya is designed with a cut that is similar to our butterfly abayas but does not have a defined shape of the sleeves, bust and hips which allows the width to fit all body types. The open width allows the abaya to provide superior coverage which is almost the same as an overhead abaya with the exception that the abaya is worn on the shoulders instead of on the head.
